Top 10 NFTs on OpenSea by Sales Volume – 14th March, 2022

The NFT market continued its streak of high sales volume this week as well on OpenSea, an NFT marketplace for buying and selling NFT items.
Let’s look at the top 10 NFT projects of the past week.

Bored Ape Yacht Club: $33.4 million, +164.4%

Bored Ape Yacht Club is a limited collection of 10,000 unique Board Ape NFTs available on the Ethereum blockchain. With a 164% increase in sales volume this week, it moved from the fifth position to the top of the list. Its floor price also increased significantly from 70 ETH to 96.88 ETH.

CryptoPunks : $28.8 million, +102.6%

Launched in June 2017 by Larva Labs studio, CyberPunks is a collection on the Ethereum blockchain with a current load price of 75 ETH. Recently, CryptoPunks came in the spotlight when Yuga Labs, the parent company of Bored Ape Yacht Club, acquired its rights from Larva labs along with that of Meebits.

CyberBrokers : $26.9 million, +27.8%

CyberBrokers is a series of 10,001 NFT collectibles by Josie Bellini. With a floor price of 2.95 ETH, it slipped to third place even though the volume remained strong.

Meebits : $26.7 million, +1,1228.3%

Created by a custom generative algorithm, Meebits is a collection of 20,000 unique 3D voxel characters with a floor price of 4.7 ETH. It joined the top ten list for the first time in weeks after a volume surge of 1228% following the news from Yuga Labs.

Mutant Ape Yacht Club : $20.1 million, +72.5%

MAYC is a collection of up to 20,000 Mutant Apes, similar to the original BAYC but with a mutant theme. Rising from the ninth to the fifth position on the leaderboard after a 72.5% increase in sales volume, MAYC was another big gainer of the week. The current floor price of Mutant Ape Yacht Club is 19.38 ETH.

Dour Darcels : $11.8 million, +455.2%

Dour Darcels, the 10,000 piece NFT collection launched in March earlier this year, is a new addition to the top ten list. Mentioned by many top NFT influencers and artists on Twitter, the collection of ‘moody frens’ from the world of Darcel Disappoints witnessed a 455% increase in sales volume this week. Its current floor price is 0.7 ETH.

Crabada : $10.7 million, +41.2%

The play-to-earn NFT Crabada, based on the Avalanche blockchain, once again joined the list with a 41% increase in its sales volume.

CloneX : $10.5 million, -34.6%

CloneX is a collection from RTFKT, a digital sneaker company acquired by Nike Inc. The NFT project sits at the 7th spot this week with a floor price of 11.99 ETH.

Axie Infinity: $8.4 million, -22.6%

Axie Infinity, an NFT-based online video game developed by Vietnamese studio Sky Mavis slipped to the eighth position after ranking seventh in the previous week.

Sorare: $7.5 million, -10.6%

Sorare, an Ethereum-based game that fuses fantasy soccer with NFTs, came at the tenth spot for the second consecutive week. The project has a floor price of 0.03 ETH.
Outside the top ten, the 11th position got bagged by Azuki, while Loser Club came at the 15th position, Quirkies at the 18th and Coolman’s Universe at the 20th position.
Coming in at the 22nd position was Invisible Friends after experiencing an 85% decrease in sales volume compared to the past week.
