Top NFTs on OpenSea by Sales Volume – 18th April, 2022

The NFT market continued its streak of high sales volume on OpenSea, an NFT marketplace for buying and selling NFT items.
Let’s look at the top 10 NFT projects –

1. Moonbirds: $202.5 million

Moonbirds is a collection of 10,000 utility-enabled PFP featuring a richly diverse and unique pool of rarity-powered traits. Each of the Moonbird unlocks a private club membership along with additional benefits.

It ranked at the first position this week with a floor price of 19.7 ETH and a sales volume of 68.2K. The NFT collection had a higher sales volume in one day than the weekly sales figures of all the other nine projects combined.

2. Mutant Ape Yacht Club: $25.6 million

Mutant Ape Yacht Club is a collection of up to 20,000 Mutant Apes, similar to the original BAYC but with a mutant theme. It is at the second spot with a floor price of 27.7 ETH and a sales volume of 316.5K.

3. Bored Ape Yacht Club: $24.7 million

Bored Ape Yacht Club is a collection of 10,000 Bored Ape NFTs. These are unique collectibles living on the Ethereum blockchain. Each NFT also doubles up as a BAYC membership card granting access to exclusive benefits, including a collaborative graffiti board.

Holding the third position this week, it has a current floor price of 106 ETH and a sales volume of 493.5K.

4. Azuki: 19.6 million

Azuki is a collection of 10,000 avatars that gives members access to The Garden, a corner on the internet where artists, builders and Web3 enthusiasts meet to create a decentralised future.

The holders of Azuki NFTs receive exclusive access to upcoming drops and more. The floor price of the collection is 26.4 ETH, with a sales volume of 184.4K.

5. MOAR by Joan Cornella: $18.7 million

Presented by FWENCLUB, MOAR is a story about a mansion in the metaverse where 5555 creatures have had their souls minted as NFTs.

This first-ever NFT collection by famous Spanish cartoonist and artist Joan Cornella climbed up from the tenth position and has a current floor price of 1.19 ETH and a sales volume of 10.2 K.

6. CryptoPunks: $17.6million

Launched in June 2017 by Larva Labs studio, CryptoPunks is a collection on the Ethereum blockchain, which got featured in various places, including The New York Times, Christie’s of London, Art Basel Miami and The PBS NewsHour.

The NFT collection saw a 79% increase in sales volume and came at the fifth position this week due to its recent sale of a rare Punk for $3 million. Its current sales volume is 889.9K.

7. CloneX: $14.5 million

CloneX is a collection from RTFKT, a digital sneaker company acquired by Nike Inc. It fell from the top of the leaderboard to seventh place this week with a floor price of 17.88 ETH and a sales volume of 174.3K.

8. Impostors Genesis Aliens: $13.5 million

Impostors Genesis Aliens contains some of the most scarce and critical NFTs in the impostor metaverse. The holders of this NFT possess early access to the most pivotal element in the metaverse and a significant play-and-earn advantage.

9. Los Muertos World: $10.1 million

Los Muertos is an exclusive collection of 777 unique NFTs showcasing highly detailed original art in the celebration of Dia de las Muertas.

Holding a Muerto gives members access to the Los Muertos World with opportunities for creativity, exploration, companionship, and personal growth. The current floor price of the collection is 0.33 ETH, with a sales volume of 5.2K.

10. Beanz: $10.1 million

Holding its spot on the list, Beanz moved from the seventh to the tenth position this week with a floor price of 5.28 ETH and a sales volume of 21.8K.
The NFT projects outside of the top 10 list this week included Doodles (at the 11th spot), Crabada (at the 12th position), NBA Top Shot (at the 13th position), Arcade Land (at the 14th position) and Cool Pets (at the 15th position).
