Top NFTs on OpenSea by Sales Volume – 9th May, 2022

The NFT market continued its streak of high sales volume on OpenSea, an NFT marketplace for buying and selling NFT items.
Let us look at the top 10 NFT projects of the past week.

1. Otherdeed for Otherside

Floor price – 2.8 ETH

Traded volume – 242.5K

Otherdeed for Otherside minted recently and sold 55000 NFTs on public sale in the public mint at around $6000. The demand for the project also led to gas wars, with over $150 million burning overnight.

Many people even saw failed transactions. The NFT project is at the first spot on the list for the second consecutive week.

2. PXN: Ghost Divison

Floor price – 3.38 ETH

Traded volume – 21.2K

PXN: Ghost Division is a collection of 10,000 GHOST NFTs created by the team of Nanopass. It also shares some IP with Nanopass, even though it is a standalone project.

Each GHOST NFT represents an identity within the Phantom world and acts as an access pass to the PXN Phantom Network.
Holders of these NFTs can generate utility tokens to use within the PXN ecosystem and access exclusive chat clubrooms for NFT communities and the PXN Classifieds (a crypto marketplace where you can buy and sell physical items with cryptocurrency).
The project is a new entry to the top ten list and stands at the second spot.

3. BEANZ Official

Floor price – 2.689E ETH

Traded volume – 50.8K

The BEANZ collection comprises 19,944 NFTs. Just as the name suggests, these NFTs look like Azuki Beans.

The holders of this collection enjoy access to an exclusive Discord channel and frequent merch drops. BEANZ Official is at the third spot on the list this week.

4. Bored Ape Yacht Club

Floor price – 90 ETH

Traded volume – 556.8K

Bored Ape Yacht Club is a collection of 10,000 Bored Ape NFTs that are unique collectibles living on the Ethereum blockchain.

Each NFT also doubles up as a BAYC membership card granting access to exclusive benefits, including a collaborative graffiti board. The NFT collection stands at the fourth position this week.

5. Mutant Ape Yacht Club

Floor price – 18.48 ETH Traded volume – 387.4K

Mutant Ape Yacht Club is a collection of up to 20,000 Mutant Apes, similar to the original BAYC but with a mutant theme. It has slipped to the fifth position this week.

6. Okay Bears

Floor price – 150 ETH

Trader volume – 971.8K

Okay Bears is a collection of 10,000 diverse bears built on the Solana blockchain and one of the first Solana projects listed on OpenSea. It also slipped from the fifth to the sixth spot this week.

7. Murakami.Flowers Official

Floor price – 3.75 ETH

Traded volume – 8.7K

Murakami.Flowers is a work by artist Takashi Murakami, developed with the number 108 as the keyword.

That means it is a combination of 108 backgrounds and flower colours which make up a field, and the number of these fields is also 108.
Each of these fields also has 108 flower images. According to the artist, the emphasis on the number 108 is a reference to bonnō or earthly temptations. The collection ranks seventh on the list.

8. Doodles

Floor price – 16.8 ETH

Traded volume – 123.3K

The Doodles NFT collection is at the eighth position in the top ten list with a 31% gain.

9. Murakami.Flowers Seed

Floor price – 5 ETH

Traded volume – 45.5K

Murakami.Flowers Seed is a work by artist Takashi Murakami and is at the ninth spot on the top ten list.

10. ENS: Ethereum Name Service

Floor price – 0.005 ETH

Traded volume – 28.2K

Ethereum Name Service (ENS) domains are secure domain names that give users the option to map human-readable names to blockchain and non-blockchain resources.

These include Ethereum addresses, IPFS hashes, and website URLs. These domains can be bought and sold on secondary markets. ENS holds the tenth position on the list this week.
